International Mail Address Help

In order to enter an international mailing address for the Seller or Buyer, click the box next to "This is an international address", it automatically puts "None" for the state. Enter the address as you normally would and choose the country. At the bottom of the online form under "Form Submittal and Buyer/Transferee Advisory" if you choose the buyer as the one submitting the form and he has an international mailing address choose Arizona in the "Choose State" box even though the address is an international address, otherwise it will give you an error message when you click continue.
