Partial Outage: Secure Account Services (SAS)

The Secure Account Services (SAS) suite of applications began experiencing a partial outage at 5 PM on May 30. The SAS system provides user management and authentication services to several agency applications. 

Authentication functions remain operational and existing users are able to log into their authorized applications. However, customers are currently unable to reset their passwords and create new accounts and our agency partners are unable to review and approve new user accounts.

ADOA-ASET has been working diligently to fully restore the system to normal operating status and are exploring several options. We apologize for the interruption in service and will provide updates as further information is available.
