This online payment system is used to pay Office of Accounts Receivable and Collections (OARC) balances only. For Child Support payments and Employer UI Tax payments, please contact those offices for the proper procedures. Note that you should use this online system to make your Unemployment Insurance Benefit Overpayment payment.
We process all credit card transactions immediately for the amount that you authorize, however, your credit card statement may not reflect the transaction for several days. Your credit card transaction will appear with the name of "AZ DEPT OF ECONOMIC SEC".

Online payments will not be issued as a cash refund. All refunds will be issued directly to your credit card.

The card verification number is a security requirement implemented by credit card companies to help reduce fraud for internet, phone or mail transactions. Since the card verification number is listed on your credit card but not stored anywhere, the only way to have the card verification number is to physically have possession of the credit card.
The card verification number for American Express is the 4 digits printed (not embossed) on the front of the card above the credit card number on the right.
The card verification number for MasterCard, Visa, or Discover is the last 3 digits of the number in the signature area on the back of your card.
